the most searched / made recipe on my blog are these little 💩 cookies; they look ugly but they are really really good. they taste like gooey fudge brownies / chocolate pudding & so simple to make; . . . You need; makes about 6-8 1 ripe avocado (not brown) 1 egg (can sub chia egg) 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp water 1/2 cup cacao powder 1 tsp baking soda Dash of sea salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips . . Set your oven to 350. In a food processor blend together the avocado, water, egg, vanilla, & coconut sugar. In a separate bowl add the cacao powder chocolate chips sea salt baking soda. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir with a spoon. Using a spoon scoop out a spoonful & make a dollop on the cookie sheet. Flatten slightly; they will not spread when baking. I also added just a few extra chocolate chips on top but you don’t have to!. Bake at 350 for 12 mins. Sprinkle with sea salt. Once they have completely cooled store in fridge for a week or freezer for longer! (I actually prefer them in the freezer!) #cookies #avocado #chocolate #dairyfree
